As night swallows all the warmth, we seek back something to make us content, beating the brisk wind with everyone that shall give warm hands and endless conversation, completing the longing in our hearts through all the blither. MIDNIGHT BLITHE welcomes all Chatters to this warm, humble abode, night owls to early riser, where we meet in the middle, to let the conversation going, to keep our surrounding filled with laughters, along with Jose who lends you a space close to his abode.

BASELINE.

1. All Chatters shall be at least twenty years old.
2. Chatters shall be responsible of their sessions, all the services they provide, and their own self promotion with their own uniquely crafted brandings.
3. Chatters shall have a deep understanding of the rules of the rent world. Jose would be all ears for any question or discomfort that may raise regarding such things.
4. Chatters should not engage in any kind of drama in public space, or spread and initiate hateful message to anyone especially in their own talent and business account. Such actions would resulted with immediate and permanent termination.
5. Two ways conversations and discussion is highly prioritized regarding day-to-day tasks, decision making, and other things that might come up.
6. Chatters shall give prior notice if going away for more than two weeks. Jose will immediately terminate contract if Chatters are unable to give back a response for maximum a month.
7. Passionate, honest, respectful individuals are what Midnight Blithe seeks for. While prioritizing your well-being is important, Jose will appreciate the same amount of energy and effort to bring on the table.
8. Chatters are binded for a two months contract starting the first day they stepped into Midnight Blithe. Contract shall renew every month afterwards, and all Chatters are free to step away after their initial contract has ended.

JOSE BEHIND THE SCREEN

• MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT & FORM COLLECTIBLES

  Jose will provide an announcement each month to collect forms from visitors to the Chatters, which will be archived on Chatter’s designated channels. All schedules are going on Chatter’s personalized Notion calendar for all visitors to see.

• FINANCIAL STATEMENTS & FORM ARCHIVES

  All forms shall be archived through Telegram channels along with a simplified schedules for Chatters to keep track with the session. Jose will provide session reminders too, by request. Financial statements shall be provided through Google Sheets with a fee distributions of 90% for Chatters and 10% for Jose, which included all SFW and NSFW daily packages, hourly and night companions. Paid add-ons and tips shall go entirely to our Chatters.

• PROMOTIONS

  Jose will not provide a lot of promotional tweets for Chatters, mostly just tagging them and sending the menfess to their respective DMs. Jose will only, at least, provide 3 promotions in a month due to his busy schedule, but he will make sure to still make time and seek for a suitable menfess for all Chatters.

• AFTERMATH

  Chatters are allowed to have their payment all the time they want, as long as respective sessions are done. No minimum or maximum amount for cash-outs, simply ask Jose whenever you want. Jose also offers to send out Padlets after session in request by all Chatters.
